DESCRIPTION
During the class guests will learn how to make fresh pesto with fresh gnocchi using age-old traditional methods. This course also offers an insight into the history of this delicious green delicacy and how it has evolved over the ages. We will also be discussing the nutritional content of the ingredients and different ways that pesto can be served and used in various dishes.
Guests will be able to eat their food prepared in the masterclass in this stunning location in a relaxed atmosphere and stay as long as you wish to enjoy the rest of their afternoon.
Cinque Terre Cooking School will pick up the guests at La Sosta or at Monterosso Railway Station. Guests will pay Cinque Terre Cooking School directly.
Private Croxetti Pasta & Sauce Masterclass - an exclusive for La Sosta di Ottone III
PROGRAM
Day 1: guests will drive to Varese Ligure to visit a Croxetti Stamp maker and buy a handmade wooden Croxetti Stamp (around € 50.00).
Day 2: from 11.30 am for 2/3 hours
During the class guests will learn how to make Croxetti Pasta and a traditional sauce using age-old traditional methods.
Guests will be able to eat their food prepared in the masterclass in this stunning location in a relaxed atmosphere and stay as long as you wish to enjoy the rest of their afternoon.
